How can get the shipping cost?
You tell us your destination port or delivery address, we check the Sea Freight or Air Freight for you based on your requirement.

If there are problems with the software, we will repair them online for free through remote control software.
2. For Hardware
If some parts of the products have problems, we will send you the parts and repairing instruction video, so that you can easily replace the parts.
If there are problems that can not be fixed by replacing the parts, you can send the devices back, and our factory will repair the devices for you or send you completely new devices.

For software problems, we still offer free repairing service. For hardware problems, we can send you the parts at its basic cost without additional service fees.
